Premier signs Order of Support to Lundenwic

Baltisk City (B.C)- Premier Langford has signed an Order of Support to the Imperial Grand Duchy of Lundenwic this afternoon, making the Democratic Republic of Cinnamon Creek the fifth official pro-government supporter in the Lundener Civil War.

Though the Premier did not say that the DRCC Army would be officially involved in the war, he did mention that volunteers may join involvement in the Lundener Civil War but will not be officially recognized by the DRCC Government unless, the Government will be willing to consider the option of declaring war on the communist rebels. Until then, the height of involvement whether financial, military, or other is unknown until further notice.

Mike Lewis, Prime Minister of the Imperial Grand Duchy of Lundenwic heard the news, he responded, “That is great news.” The Premier said that, he was “glad to help a fellow micronationalist, friend, and ally.”

Until then, the height of involvement whether financial, military, or other is unknown until further notice.

DRCC to renew diplomatic talks with Loquntia

Baltisk City (B.C)- In a sudden whim, Premier Langford has decided to renew diplomatic talks with friend and enemy relationship the Kingdom of Loquntia this evening. The Premier did not give an a full explanation of why he is interested in having DRCC-Loquntia relations other than saying, “DRCC is willing to open up diplomatic talks for diplomacy relations with Loquntia.”

When asked why by the Kingdom of Loquntia leader and head of state King John I, and his Ministries, and stated that Loquntia desires for limited international diplomacy between both nations because of the past (i.e The Loquntian Incident and R (For L) v. Langford), King John I also recommended an extradition policy for the proposed treaty which will discussed later as the talks go on.

The Premier then responded that both parties to the treaty use Google Documents, that way the both parties could have a beneficial understanding of the treaty and also recommended to develop a fail-safe plan which will be designed to prevent any future tensions or incidents.

Talks are expected to last throughout the week as both leaders edit and discuss the treaty and future DRCC-Loquntia relations.  A response from the international community on this turn of events is yet to happen.

UT v. Langford appears, and what others have to say about it.

Baltisk City (B.C) Tuesday, 23 February 2016-

“It’s times like these that the world will know the Triumvirate will not be reckoned with.”

-Lancelot Rice (Major Executive of the Universal Triumvirate)

Three days ago, His Excellency General-Secretary Dallin Langford was charged three separate counts according to the “arrest warrant” sent to the General-Secretary was:

One count of acting as multiple identities, as both “Emma Amtra” and “Jackson Cole”, a crime under 16 UTC §21, a class I felony.

One count of treason against the Triumvirate, in performing espionage counter to Triumviran interests on behalf of the Democratic Republic of Cinnamon Creek, a class I felony under Article IX of the Universal Triumvirate Constitution.

One count of releasing confidential information, i.e. the contents of the Universal Triumvirate Executive Branch, to people outside the country, a class III felony. ” – UT Arrest Warrant

“According to the quote above, Mr. Rice is seemingly trying stir anger against Dallin Langford.” said Minister of Health and Transportation Henry Chester, “If Mr. Rice and his fellow executives want to stir such angerness in DRCC than he is clearly wrong instead it would make more tensions arise with the Triumvirate. If he feels such a confident feeling of reckoning with DRCC, than the people will surely put the Triumvirate in it’s place and change that quote right around.”

A trial is to take place on March 2, 2016 concerning the matter.

… the people will surely put the Triumvirate in it’s place and change that quote right around.” -Henry Chester, Minister of Health and Transportation

A Sub-Committee has been formed to have a scheduled hearing this Friday and Saturday to investigate the UT’s jurisdiction over the trial and to investigate the General-Secretary’s role in the affair. As the defendant claims that it was a related-agent and not himself. According to anonymous sources, it is predicted that “the Major Executive will be most displeased with the hearings as he feels that the UT Supreme Court has more authority over the trial and not the committee.” Another source quoted, “A DRCC investigation, he says, is irrelevant to their Supreme Court.”

The Universal Triumvirate Chief Attorney Alexander Buchanan said, “The DRCC was the one that started the tension in the first place. As this is entirely a domestic matter, a UT citizen supplying information illegally to a foreign government, it is equally necessary for the DRCC to respect this domestic matter first.”

The Baltisk Journal Investigative Team was surprised about this comment, as he:

1.) The General-Secretary Langford announced that the XFIA agent has renounced her UT citizenship which means that the Triumvirate will have to extradite the person on trial.

2.) The Triumvirate apparently does not respect that DRCC is full control of the defendant and only DRCC can control that defendant.

3.) It is highly probable that the UT will try to drag General-Secretary Langford’s reputation and DRCC and it’s citizens through the “mud” and try to turn aggression against DRCC using various tools. Such as propaganda whether through newspaper articles to speeches from different executives in the UT.

As this is entirely a domestic matter, a UT citizen supplying information illegally to a foreign government [DRCC], it is equally necessary for the DRCC to respect this [UT] domestic matter first.

-Alexander Buchanan, Chief Attorney of the Universal Triumvirate

Minister of Justice and Development Tel Rise commented, “I believe that it is fair that His Excellency General-Secretary Langford to appear in a UT court as the crime did happen on UT soil. My prediction is that it will be mostly of a show trial and either way the UT will have it’s supposed revenge on DRCC. It is also know that [Major Executive Rice] he severely dislikes DRCC and especially the General-Secretary for whatever reason. I have seen the messages addressed to the General-Secretary and denounce them as it is slander and unnecessary and furthermore very unprofessional. I expect more from a leader such as Mr. Rice.”

Some representatives agree with most of the Universal Triumvirate claims to jurisdiction but they strongly disagree that the UT should not go to extreme punishment as sources in the UT know that the Chief Attorney will go to the maximum punishment as possible.

The XFIA Director stated, “That any information collected during [Operation NetRoar: the UT Intelligence Mission] the event was never released and stored in a collective file of Project UBO. The count of treason to counter Triumvirate interests, is vacuous as the agent involved was to collect information and do nothing to intently harm the UT. Sit and watch was my direct order to the agent.”

Major Executive Rice messaged General-Secretary Langford,

” …you are a disgustingly sick human being, but fortunately you’re also not that bright…”

Which confirms the theory of what analysts predict of Mr. Rice’s hatred towards General-Secretary Langford.

…Sit and watch was my direct order to the agent…

-XFIA Director

The international community has not responded to the affair and the reaction is predictably varied from disappointment to support of the General-Secretary.

More updates will be posted and news of the committee hearing will be posted.

The Situation at Our Door

Baltisk City (B.C)- (Recorded on Thursday 4 of February 2016 at the DRCC Government Skype Meetings Chatroom, General-Secretary Langford addresses the city committees and the Assembly.)

Your excellencies of the Honorable Democratic Republic of Cinnamon Creek Assembly, Committees of Dallingrad and Baltisk City, Honorable Comrade Commissioner Clarkston, and Comrades of Cinnamon Creek, it is an honor for the privilege of speaking to you this afternoon.

Several years ago, I was in third grade offered to participate in a special event, I thought it was a good idea to take my comrade’s advice on not going to the event. Just like several days ago a postponed bill arrived at my desk stating that I was to either sign or veto the Loquntian Territory and DRCC Commonwealth Act of 2016. Instead like my friend’s advice I thought it was a good idea at the time that is, I naively thought that it could solve the current problems in the country. Although on the contrary, I had certain doubts that something disagreeable was about to arise. The bill as I later recall felt like the Devil himself was demanding entrance on my door. Now like the situation when I was a little third grader, I would suffer the consequences of signing that bill into law, like how I choose not to participate in that event.

Now we face a new worry for this dignified nation, Loquntia has tried to stir up trouble for D.R.C.C and I can’t allow it to happen. Although I find hope as recently and eccentrically and yet expectedly King John I of the R.K.L has sued me for in the amount of the sovereignty and reign of and over the Territory of Cinnamon Creek on the grounds that the territory be a realm of Loquntia due to a variety of factors; including but not limited to your purported submitting statements to the MFA Department of International Correspondence; your purported self-proclamation as the Archduchy of Cinnamon Creek under the Loquntian Crown”

Whether or this may deeply affect the country I do not know. My conclusion based on this upcoming trial, is that it is most important to attend this event. If I win it will be a most political and moral victory for me and this stunning nation. I come to you as one man, representing the stake and integrity of Cinnamon Creek and I plan to come with the respect of all internationally and domestically. An international statement to all nations everywhere that a country’s sovereignty will not be dreaded down!

Ladies and Gentlemen, we may be at the interesting end of the situation and we shall not give up. We will keep fighting and never end and I stand by you side by side. We have the determination of a hundred nations, support of a breathtaking international community, citizens that have stuck with us to the very end! If I may say so we could and will win this legal and international battleground! A war of words, a war of actions, and at the sunrise of the country will settle the dust and we will come out as victors.

I will not apologize to Loquntia or for anyone, for seceding from the short life of living under the Loquntian banner as the Loquntian Crown tried to take our freedoms away. Whether in this life or the next, I can only apologize for my strong emotional language that was to harsh concerning the Loquntian Dispute thread on the famous and infamous MicroWiki Forum and seek forgiveness.

Comrades of this nation, I will not be a failure and this government will not fail. If we fall into the ashes, then we will delight in picking ourselves out of the ashes. International Sovereignty will be respected and we will gain potential international recognition for our fight to win this case.

This nation is a free nation and we will not bow our heads to another nation that is corrupt and delights in controlling their citizens. Thus, this moment represents hope for the future and I promote that we can not let us fall and climb up the hanging thread of this disastrous mistake.

May God please our country and bless this people! May we win this fight in arms banded together!
